How do I return an order?

We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the watch or bracelet has not been worn and shows no visible signs of use. To qualify for a full refund, all original components must be included in the return.

Refer to our returns policy which outlines the return cost for your country. This will be deducted off your original order. For example if you order was delivered to the US and the order total is $140, shipping return costs are $25 and you will be refunded $115.00

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, this is calculated by the date shown as delivered on your tracking. We only accept returns where the watch is in a resellable condition without any damage or signs of use.
