What does your warranty cover?

1-Year Warranty & Optional 2-Year Extended Warranty


All our wooden watches come with a standard 1-year warranty. For added peace of mind, you can upgrade to a 2-year extended warranty for a small fee at checkout.

If you experience an issue with your wooden watch that is covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace it within the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the delivery date, as confirmed by tracking details.

If the original model is unavailable for replacement, we will provide a watch of equal value and similar style. Please note that the warranty period is not extended for replacement watches and remains valid from the original purchase date.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Defects or damages caused by loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
  • Damage resulting from improper use, carelessness (e.g., knocks, dents, crushing, broken glass), accidents, or wear and tear that causes the wood to break or snap.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Aesthetic changes and defects due to normal wear and tear or aging (e.g., minor scratches on the case or glass, alterations to the watchband, or peeling of plating).
  • Battery replacement.

Please note: warranty is not available for our bracelets.
